Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to adjust the Terms and Conditions at any time and accordingly.

All prices where applicable are inclusive of VAT.

Postage and packaging are added on as you complete your order and a full breakdown is available at the point of checkout.

Payment Terms

Payment is accepted by the following: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro or PayPal.

Once payment is received and your parcel arrives with us, we (the seller) will endeavour to complete your order within the stated timeframe. Exceptional circumstances may apply due to the nature of a handcrafting business but full communication will be had on this with you (the buyer). The lead time stated begins from when your parcel arrives with us and not with when you complete checkout. Therefore, the faster you send your parcel, the sooner your keepsake is likely to arrive.

Once you complete your checkout, you will be issued an order number on the screen and we would recommend that you make a note of this number in the unlikely event of the confirmation email not being received for any reason.

Sending your Parcel to us

Full responsibility for sending your parcel to us is with you (the buyer). We cannot accept responsibility for parcels in the hands of the couriers or postal service. However to mitigate this small risk, we highly recommend that you send your parcel to us using a ‘Signed For’ service through a reputable courier/postal service.

Please ensure that the clothes you are sending are in a good enough condition for us to reuse and re stitch. We reserve the right to refuse to use heavily worn or holey clothes.

If you have any doubts concerning the quantity, wear or anything else then please just drop us an email and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.

Delivery

Your keepsake will be sent via DPD Local and using a next working day delivery service. Again, we cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once it is with the courier (at the risk of tempting fate, this is not something that has ever happened to date!)

Condition of Sale

By purchasing a Marni & Rose Keepsake you are agreeing that you understand that they are keepsakes only and must not be given to children under the age of 14. They will not withstand rough play.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

As we pour our hearts into making your keepsake, I hope you can see and feel through the ordering process that we are fully committed to creating the exact keepsake you have invested to purchase from us. In the highly unlikely event that order arrives damaged or is not the correct item, then please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement, repair or refund ensuring that the item is in it’s original, unused condition. Outside of this 7 day period, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

For all keepsake and personalised items we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty or contains a mistake for which we are responsible. If there are any errors with the personalisation that we are responsible for, please contact us within 7 days and send the keepsake back to us for correction. We will refund your postage and cover the cost of its return to you once corrected.

Again, in the highly unlikely event that there is no fault with your keepsake but you are unhappy for any reason, we will offer you an alteration for a £20 fee but you are responsible for the postage back to us. Please ensure that if you require certain items to be placed on a certain part of the keepsake, you let us know well in advance of creation by using the notes section on the form you are sending with your items

We are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged by you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Right to Cancel

If you place your order through our website, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. You will be entitled to a full refund for the price paid as outlined under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This right does not extend to personalised items and items crafted to your specifications. If you wish to cancel your order for a keepsake item, you must email us to advise us before sending us your parcel. We will issue you with a full refund.

Our Right to Supply

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individuals or companies.
