How to Order
So you’ve found us and made the very sensible and informed decision after navigating the website, to place an order with us! Great stuff but what next?
To order, just fill out the ‘Get in Touch’ form at the bottom of the page or email us to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you back an order number and add you to our order list – you don’t need to leave a deposit at this point. Feel free to ask any questions via our Facebook page but you’ll need to email us directly to place your order.
The list is currently 1 to 2 months from this point, we like to overestimate this time slightly and as we all know, time flies!
When your order number gets near the top of the list, we will contact you back via email. When we do, please download and print an order form here DOWNLOAD ORDER FORM
Then fill it in with your details and send it to us with your clothing once you receive all the details from us of where to send them to.
If you’re super organised (we love it when you are!!) then feel free to print and fill out and store with your clothes ready for sending now then it’s all ready to go!
Once we receive your clothing, we will message you to confirm receipt and invoice you for payment. The preferred payment method is via BACS although I can invoice you via PayPal for a £2.50 surcharge. Once payment is complete, we will be able to start your bear!
Please be assured that we pour our hearts into the making of your bear and we complete each one to a very high standard.
We do not offer refunds once the bear is completed but if you happen to change your mind once you are on the waiting list we would be grateful if you could let us know so that we can keep the list up to date.

About Marni & Rose
Marni & Rose began in March 2012 when my youngest daughter, Marni was just 6 months young. She was an absolute gift but I really began to suffer from feeling bound by the motherhood mill. I pulled out my sewing machine that hadn’t been used for a number of years and started to play around and my passion for sewing came flooding back!
Things had changed dramatically since my husband and our dog moved to North Devon 2 years prior to Marni’s arrival and with a sense of needing to be with her, yet doing something creative and with the wish that I could help with the bills etc, Marni & Rose was born!
